JOB LOCATION: Columbus, OH

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business analysis for SNAP, Child Care, and Medicaid eligibility systems, ensuring compliance with program and federal guidelines
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects with state agencies (JFS, ODM, DCY) and external vendors involving OB Systems
  • Manage system integration, interface development, data conversion, and reporting for seamless connectivity with partner systems
  • Review and approve OB system design documents for compliance and quality standards
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure clear communication, risk mitigation, and on-time delivery
  • Recommend and support enhancements to the Ohio Benefits Self-Service Portal (SSP) and related systems
  • Drive BI initiatives using Cognos and Tableau to deliver executive-level insights
  • Plan and analyze integration of IVR, EDMS, and BOTs with Ohio Benefits for better usability and efficiency
  • Oversee JIRA access and workflow management to ensure process consistency
  • Coordinate with change management for timely training and communication
  • Conduct requirements gathering and workflow creation
  • Support development and tracking of business, functional, and user requirements
  • Define and manage report specifications and traceability
  • Apply QoS principles for scalability, security, and usability
  • Exhibit strong project management in scope, planning, and communication
