JOB LOCATION: Jonesboro, AR (Onsite, Full-Time | Relocation Assistance Available)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Epicor Kinetic ERP architecture, configuration, and deployment.
- Oversee integrations with enterprise systems (Finance, CRM, SCADA, etc.).
- Drive Azure cloud readiness and ERP infrastructure optimization.
- Manage full-cycle data migration and post-launch system performance.
- Act as a player-coach—troubleshoot, configure, and mentor ERP team members.
- Collaborate with business units to align ERP with operational goals.
- Define and enforce ERP governance, documentation, and best practices.
- Contribute to long-term ERP/IT strategy, evaluating emerging tech like AI/IoT.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years in ERP/IT with 5+ in leadership roles
- Hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic (or similar ERP) in manufacturing/ETO settings
- Strong background in ERP integrations, SQL/ETL, cloud (Azure), and performance tuning
- Proven ability to lead teams and mentor junior staff
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach
- Bachelor’s in computer science, Engineering, or related field. (Advanced degrees or Epicor certifications are a plus)
