Requirements:
- 7 years of UI/UX design for B2B applications, with a proven leadership track record.
- Strong portfolio to be presented and advocate during interview.
- Hands-on experience with Figma.
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
- Experience in mentoring junior designers and leading design initiatives.
- Ability to understand client needs and deliver seamless user experiences.
- Ability to work independently, manage projects, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
